Below is a list of services that we provide as part of our professional service for your funeral arrangements
  • Timely and personal attention 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Transfer of the deceased from place of death to the Lady Anne Funeral Home
  • Consultation with the family on the choice of funeral service
  • Liaising with cemeteries and crematoria of your choice
  • All arrangements with church, chapel or venue of your choice
  • Registration of death with the Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages
  • Consultation with clergy or celebrant
  • Assistance on wording and placement of press notices
  • Collection of medical certificates and finalising to appropriate authorities
  • Use of our chapel
  • Use of our private viewing facilities
  • Supply of white hearses and other funeral services
  • Supply of white mourning cars and limousines to transport the family
  • Florist arrangements
  • Collection and return of floral tributes cards
  • Arranging music and/or musician of choice

ORDER OF SERVICE

  • Choose burial or cremation and advise the attending doctor of your decision
  • Contact your funeral director
  • Funeral director to make necessary arrangements to have the deceased moved into their care
  • Funeral director to meet with the family to make arrangements for the funeral service
  • Funeral director to explain the costs involved in the conducting the funeral on their behalf. Eg: Professional fees, transportation & mortuary costs, viewings, flowers, clergy or celebrant, medical certificates, death registration, statutory declaration for cremation, press notices, Sydney Morning Herald, Telegraph or Obits, memorial book, balloons, cremation fee, cemetery costs of a new grave or opening an existing grave, transfer of the deceased interstate
  • Selection of music
  • Selection of location for the service. Eg: Church, chapel, graveside, golf club, beach, park, private residence or local club.
