Prepaid Funeral Arrangements FAQs

There are no age or health requirements for individuals wishing to purchase a prepaid funeral.

Some people choose to invest in a prepaid package due to terminal illness, while others want to play an active role in their own life, even after death.

Regardless of who you are, a prepaid funeral is a great way to relieve financial stress from your loved ones when the time comes.
To maximise your pension entitlement and tax benefits, invest up to $12,500 towards a future funeral. According to current legislation, this sum is not subject to the income test, assets test or deemed earnings rule.
There are two ways to make payments for a Prepaid Funeral Plan:
  • A lump sum, paid once.
  • Instalments, arranged through a direct debit or booklet payment system.
Our compassionate team will create an arrangement that works best for you, no matter your requests.
If you are not happy with your prepaid funeral package, you have the right to a full refund within 14 days of your investment confirmation.

After this period, however, due to the secure nature of a prepaid funeral contract, it is not possible to withdraw funds either in part or whole before the death has occurred.
